The 2009 Obis Forum took place... just across the road from my office on the Strand. The nice people at Obis not only asked me to present the snappily titled session: “Developing a BI and CPM strategy, vision and roadmap for success to ensure your initiative yields the payback you set out to achieve”, but also invited me to sit on the panel at the end of the day.

There were some excellent speakers, but as always Dr Mark Whitehorn impressed me the most. He provided a thought provoking insight into the value  and ownership of social data and guaranteed that no one present would ever throw a sheep again.

The forum was an great opportunity to meet people in a similar position, and I picked up some interesting threads of quality management that were completely new to me.
