Speakers:
Kevin Loomes, Head of Business Intelligence (UK) at British Car Auctions, will be delivering a case study about his experiences in driving CRM effectiveness.
Head of Business Intelligence (UK) for BCA - Europe's No.1 Vehicle Remarketing Company. Kevin is part of the UK IT department and responsible for the delivery of business intelligence solutions including CRM and Data Integration for UK operations. Kevin joined BCA in 2000 as Head of IT for a subsidiary company responsible for electronic marketing channels. In 2005 Kevin joined the UK IT operation to expand and integrate BI solutions across all UK divisions. In 2009 Kevin’s role was extended further to encompass CRM and Data Integration solutions. Over this period key projects have included: Developing a customised reporting platform with a remote access portal based on Business Objects XI Enterprise and .Net; A major upgrade of BCA’s CRM system to Business Objects XI/SalesLogix; the design and implementation of a networked document imaging and storage system for vehicle documents – V5s and MOTs, and numerous deployments of data integration projects with key BCA customers.
Graham Kingsmill, Chief Executive of Maxima, will be delivering the keynote presentation at the seminar. Graham was Chief Executive of Netstore plc, then an AIM listed company, from July 2007 until its acquisition by 2e2 Group in October 2008. Netstore provided IT Application Management, Hosting and Security Services. He was previously Managing Director (UK and Ireland) of SAP, a provider of enterprise management software to many of the worlds largest companies Prior to that, Graham held senior sales and general management positions with IBM, PTC and Intergraph, primarily in the area of computer aided design tools.
Rob Furnivall, Channel Director SAP UK Rob joined SAP from Mindjet and has held numerous channel positions over his career including managing Microsoft’s business engagement group and also running Novell’s UKI channel business. Rob’s remit is to work with channel partners such as Maxima to help grow SAPs ERP, CRM and Business intelligence divisions.
Stuart Wallace, Maxima’s Business Intelligence Competency Centre Manager. Stuart has a 14 year background in delivering, planning and managing BI projects and environments. His experience includes work in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector, Manufacturing and Financial sectors.
