Our approach

Finding a relevant and useful event to meet your precise BI needs can be a rather time-consuming and often fruitless task.

1. Strategy & Planning
(Phase A)

Determine and build the business case to incorporate BI into your overall corporate strategy. Agree key performance indicators to reflect business targets. Plan for budgetary, technical and resource challenges.

2. Assessment & Management of cultural impact
(Phase A)

Predict the postitive and negative impact of BI implemenation on your workforce. Highlight both business and personal advantages to gain buy-in at all levels and minimise resistance. Determine potential education, training and support needs through research.

3. Mobilisation of the project team
(Phase A)

Create a detailed and realistic roadmap for successful project management. Elect a project team with business and IT skill sets. Agree organisational processes and procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.

4. Sourcing of solutions
(Phase B)

Identify feasible solutions that are available and will deliver results matching your corporate objectives. Assess compatability with current systems.

5. Shortlisting of suppliers

Evaluate the capabilities of each BI supplier and their specific solutions. Consider short, medium and and long-term potential benefits that align with your business strategy. Test products to finalise the best solution.

6. Implementation
(Phase C)

Integrate the solution and the BI programme into the business. Manage the project in alignment with the original roadmap whilst adapting to continuous and unexpected changes.

7. Evaluation & ROI measurement
(Phase C)

Calculate the return on investment (ROI) of the BI implementation against key targets. Evaluate and report on the overall financial results. Realise cultural impact through employee feedback. Highlight the cause of any underperforming areas.

8. Improvement
(Phase C)

Resolve problem areas identified during evaluation and avoid these with future implementations. Enhance performance of current solutions to gain the maximum benefits possible. Advance your BI programme and initiatives using either upgrades to existing solutions or investment in new techniques.
